Before completing your application, it is important to note that you are responsible for ensuring the SBA application is accurate including all Certifications. If you are uncertain of any items on the application please consult with your attorney, CPA or other trusted advisor. The accuracy of your application including loan amount calculations will directly impact the forgiven amount. Please review the Borrower Information Sheet at the Department of the Treasury website (see below), along with the additional supplementary information on the website including the Frequently Asked Questions. 

The first step is to fill out the application at the link below. After you complete the application, you will be prompted to upload all of the required documents through a secure portal. We will not process your application if you have not provided all the documents as required per the list below.  

As part of your application, please outline how you calculated the loan amount. This should include an explanation of what numbers you used and where they are located in the payroll documentation provided.
