Intracoastal Bank Announces Management Team Role Changes

PALM COAST, Florida( July 22, 2011) - Bruce Page, President and Chief Executive Officer, today made several announcements regarding the Banks management team. Thomas (Tom) B. Hury will become Chief Risk Officer. In this role, Tom Hury has primary responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the bank’s risk management function including compliance with all banking laws and regulations. Cheryl Tanenbaum is being promoted to Senior Vice President and will succeed Tom Hury as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mrs. Tanenbaum has primary responsibility for the Bank’s technology, human resources, accounting, controls, audit, planning, budgeting and financial management. Laurie Alves is being promoted to Vice President and will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Banks treasury management function. She will also continue to have responsibility for all aspects of the Bank’s Main office including management of staff, marketing, business development, community relations, financial and sales and service. Berni Costa is being promoted to Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager for the Bank. In this role she will manage the operations and customer service functions and operations compliance for the Bank. She will also assist Laurie Alves in all aspects of managing the Banks main office.
