Robert D. DeVore - President, Lowe Destination Development Southeast

Mr. DeVore is President, Lowe Destination Development Southeast, Palm Coast FL. He has been with the company since October 1996. He is responsible for development, real estate sales, resort management and construction management in the Palm Coast, FL area. From 1978-1996, he was Senior Vice President and director of development services for ITT Community Development Corporation in Flagler County. He is a licensed builder, past-president and life-time director of the Flagler/Palm Coast Home Builders Association. He has been a resident of Flagler County over 34 years. He has been an active member of Flagler County community as a member of the board of directors of the Flagler/Palm Coast Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise Flagler, Sunrise Rotary (past President), Intracoastal Bank Board and Florida Hospital Flagler Board.


Albert B. Johnston, Jr. - Partner, Johnston Brothers Farms

Mr. Johnston is a 50% partner of Johnston Brothers Farms, which was formed in 175. This is a third generation farming operation, farming over 600 acres in western Flagler County, producing cabbage, potatoes, and a variety of fresh produce. Johnston Bros. Farms is also a major sod producer in Flagler County, with golf course grasses and certified sods being a main product. Mr. Johnston is highly recognized for his farming knowledge and expertise and has served as consultant for the Del Monte Corp. in their Central American farming operations. He served as President for many years of one of the oldest farm co-ops in the United States, which is the largest family held property ownership in Flagler County. Mr. Johnston served on the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners for 12 years, serving from 1975 through 1987, during the development of Palm Coast. While a Commissioner, he served on the Northeast Planning Board for four years. He additionally has served on the Soil and Water Conservation Board for the past 20 years. Mr. Johnston is a life long, 59 year,  resident of Flagler County.

 

Bruce Page - President & CEO, Director, Intracoastal Bank

Mr. Page started his 24 year banking career with Barnett Bank. During his 13 years with Barnett he worked in Lee, Flagler, Volusia, Pasco, Manatee and Orange Counties, Florida. He held a variety of positions including Executive Vice President-Senior Retail Executive. In November of 1998, Mr. Page accepted the position of President/Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cypress Bank (I/O) (Bank opened in September 1999). Mr. Page served as Chief Executive Officer and Director until Cypress Bank merged with Coquina Bank in August 2004. Mr. Page served as President/Chief Operating Officer and Director of CypressCoquina Bank from August 2004 through September 2006. Mr. Page served as a consultant with CypressCoquina Bank from September 2006 through February 2007. Mr. Page has served as President/CEO/Director of Intracoastal Bank from March 2007 to present. In 1984, Mr. Page received a Bachelor or Science Degree in Business Administration, major Finance, from University of Florida. He also graduated from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He has been a resident of Flagler County for over 14 years (1992-1995 and 1999-present). He has also been a resident of neighboring Volusia County as additional 22 years (1963-1982 and 1985-1987). He has been a leader and active in the Flagler County community through involvement as a director for the Florida Hospital, Flagler County Rotary Club (past President), Flagler/Volusia Advanced Technology Center (past Chairman), Boys and Girls Club of Flagler and Volusia County (past Vice President), Enterprise Flagler (past President), United Way of Flagler and Volusia County, Flagler County Chamber of Commerce (past President), Flagler County Education Foundation (past Officer), and a Trustee with University of Florida’s Whitney Laboratory.

 

Michael G. Machin - President, Machin Construction

Mr. Machin is the owner of Machin Construction Company, dba Machin Design Builders, Palm Coast, Florida. Mr. Machin started the company in 1988. He established his first construction company in Texas in 1978. He is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. Mr. Machin specializes in constructing high quality custom homes. He is also a real estate developer, primarily focusing on commercial retail and office projects. He has been a resident of Flagler County over 22 years. He has been an active member of the community as a Director of the Home Builder Association for 11 years, and as President in 1997.

 

Michael D. Chiumento - President, Chiumento, Selis and Dwyer

Mr. Chiumento is the founding member and majority owner of Chiumento, Selis and Dwyer, PA.  Chiumento, Selis and Dwyer, PA. is a full service law firm serving Flagler County over thirty years. Mr. Chiumento obtained his BA from Temple University in 1967 and his JD from Stetson University in 1971. Mr. Chiumento is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and Flagler County Bar Association. He is the past Attorney for Flagler School Board and the City of Flagler Beach.

Mr. Chiumento has resided in Flagler County since 1973. He has been very involved in Flagler County community. In the past, Mr. Chiumento has served as a Director and President of the Flagler County Committee 100 (now known as Enterprise Flagler), a member of the Board of Directors for Barnett Bank of Volusia County (1980-1995), President of the Flagler County Bar Association, President of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, President of the Palm Coast YMCA and as an ex-officio Director of the Flagler County Education Foundation, member if Flagler County Industrial Development Authority and past member of the board of Florida Memorial Hospital. He was an organizer and director of Cypress Bank. He served on Cypress Bank’s Board of Directors from its inception in September 1999 through August 2004 when the Bank merged with Coquina Bank. He served on the Board of Directors of Cypress Coquina from August 2004 through February 28, 2007.


C. Scott Crews - Investor

Mr. Crews is retired. From 1979-1997 he was the President and owner of Bunnell Cypress Company. This is one of the largest sawmill’s in Central and Northeast Florida and one of the largest employers in Flagler County. Mr. Crews sold this business in 1997. In 1998 Mr. Crews, along with two of his son’s and a family friend, formed Flagler Forest Products Inc. This company owns two Woody’s Barbeque restaurants. Mr. Crews owns 26% of this business but is no longer active in managing the company. Mr. Crews has been resident of Flagler for over 55 years. He has been an active member of Flagler County community as a member of Rotary Club of Flagler County and other organizations in the area. He was an organizer and director of Cypress Bank. He served on Cypress Bank’s Board of Directors from its inception in September 1999 Through August 2004 when the Bank merged with Coquina Bank. He served on the Board of Directors of Cypress Coquina from August 2004 through March 2007.


Gerald P. Keyes - Partner, Keyes, Stange & Wooten CPAs. LLC

Mr. Keyes is a member of the firm Keyes, Stange & Wooten CPAs, LLC and Keyes, Stange & Wooten Wealth Management, LLC. He provides comprehensive tax planning, fiduciary and wealth management services to his clients. He has been a Certified Public Account ant since 1979, with more than 30 years of service to clients regarding their financial needs. A graduate of Stetson University with a BBA in Accounting, he also holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Keyes has also earned the AICPA’s PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) designation as well as the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP®), both of which demonstrate extensive knowledge in the areas of financial planning. Mr. Keyes has served on numerous charitable boards as well as advisory committees for Stetson University and Daytona State College and local, state and national professional boards. In addition, he has been a featured continuing education speaker for state and national professional societies. Mr. Keyes was an organizer and director of Cypress Bank. He served on Cypress Bank’s Board of Directors from its inception in September 1000 through August 2004 when the Bank merged with Coquina Bank. He served on the Board of Directors of Cypress Coquina Bank from August 2004 through February 28, 2007. At the present time he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Halifax Medical Center Foundation, Inc. 

 

Dr. Pamela Carbiener - Halifax Hospital - OBGYN

Dr. Carbiener has over 20 years of business and community experience in the Flagler and Volusia market area. She is a physician at Halifax OBGYN. She is past Treasurer, Board of Commissioner and Audit and Finance Committee member of Halifax Health. She is past President and current Executive Committee member of the Volusia County Medical Society and the editor of their publication The Stethoscope. She has previously been Chair of Daytona State College's Center for Women and Men. She has served on numerous committees in local hospitals. She is currently on the Healthy Start Coalition and The Daytona Women's Center boards. She is the clerkship director for obstetrics and gynecology for the FSU College of Medicine's Regional Campus at Daytona Beach, as well as the medical director for the Sexual Assault Response Team. She co-founded and actively supports the Daytona Beach Blues Festival

 

Thomas L. Gibbs - President, Tom Gibbs Chevrolet

Mr. Gibbs is President, majority owner, Tom Gibbs Chevrolet, Palm Coast, Fl. He has been with the company since October 1984. In 1976 Mr. Gibbs received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, major Management, from Syracuse University. He has been a resident of Flagler County for 30 years. He has been an active citizen of the Flagler County Community as a member of the board of directors of the Boy Scouts of America-Central Florida Council, Rotary Club of Flagler County (past Vice-President,) Boys and Girls Club of Flagler and Volusia County (past Vice-President) and Monique Burr Foundation Flagler County. He was an organizer, director and Chairman of the Board of Cypress Bank. He served on Cypress Bank’s Board of Directors from its inception in September 1999 through August 2004 when the Bank merged with Coquina Bank. He served on the Board of Directors of Cypress Coquina from August 2004 through June 2006.

There are 43,000 ATMS in the U.S. and 55,000 in the world that our customers can use free of charge. Some of the local merchants that have Allpoint ATMs are Winn Dixie, 7-Eleven, CVS, Walgreens, and Kangaroo Express. Allpoint is now available in Canada too. Of course, we will still be on the Presto network so our customers can still have surcharge free access at all Publix supermarkets too. Our ATM network will now be larger than Bank of America, Suntrust, Chase, etc

NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF THE TEMPORARY FULL FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR NONINTEREST-BEARING TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

By operation of federal law, beginning January 1, 2013, funds deposited in a noninterest-bearing transaction account (including an Interest on Lawyer Trust Account) no longer will receive unlimited deposit insurance coverage by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Beginning January 1, 2013, all of a depositor's accounts at an insured depository institution, including all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts, will be insured by the FDIC up to the standard maximum deposit insurance amount ($250,000), for each deposit insurance ownership category.

Now you have the ability to set up transfers between your Intracoastal Bank accounts and accounts at other financial institutions.
Look for th Transfer Money tab within the on-line Banking Bill Pay system. No fees associated when transfering funds to Intracoastal Bank but a $2.00 fee applies when transfering to other Banks.
